We have a dedicated office staff that is available to assist our clients and seminar attendees in any way needed. They also support our financial advisors and make sure the office runs efficiently at all times.

Client Relations Coordinator

Mindi assists in the new client service department and new business strategy development for our Bay Area clients. Mindi helps with processing client transactions and new business development.  In addition, she works with several local organizations within the Bay Area. Mindi loves to cook, garden, shop and enjoys time with her family.

Operations Manager

Nisha manages our office staff and handles all details of the office operations. She also trains all new staff and provides support to our financial advisors. Nisha is a very busy mother of three young children and prides herself in their amazing growth and potential. Nisha enjoys shopping and has recently taken up gardening and has set a goal to get a green thumb.

Client Relations Coordinator

Francesca assists in the client service department. She helps with processing client transactions and new business paperwork. Francesca assists Steve with client reviews and overall client activity. Francesca enjoys biking and appreciates fine art. She can often be found at her parent's house in San Diego enjoying her mother's Peruvian specialties.

Special Projects Associate / LPL Registered Administrative Assistant

Stephanie is securities registered and insurance licensed and assists Sandeep Varma with advanced cases, developing complex strategies for multigenerational planning. Stephanie has three beautiful young children and is very family oriented.

Manager of Client Relations

Janice Roussel provides valuable assistance to the administrative staff by utilizing her interpersonal and organizational skills to greet clients, provide clerical support, answer calls and schedule appointments. Janice assists in processing all aspects of administrative paperwork including new and managed account applications, fund transfers, as well as annuity & insurance applications. She is also instrumental in the follow-up procedure with all investment sources to insure prompt and accurate processing of all client paperwork. In addition, Janice handles the maintenance and organization of client files and related activities. In her spare time when she's not going on motorcycle rides with her husband or taking her son to martial arts & guitar practice. Janice enjoys beading jewelry, etching glass, and wood burning art projects. She is very creative and talented.
