Operations Manager
Nisha manages our office staff and handles all details of the office operations. She also trains all new staff and provides support to our financial advisors. Nisha is a very busy mother of three young children and prides herself in their amazing growth and potential. Nisha enjoys shopping and has recently taken up gardening and has set a goal to get a green thumb.

Special Projects Associate / LPL Registered Administrative Assistant
Stephanie is securities registered and insurance licensed and assists Sandeep Varma with advanced cases, developing complex strategies for multigenerational planning. Stephanie has three beautiful young children and is very family oriented.

Client Relations Coordinator
Francesca assists in the client service department. She helps with processing client transactions and new business paperwork. Francesca assists Steve with client reviews and overall client activity. Francesca enjoys biking and appreciates fine art. She can often be found at her parent's house in San Diego enjoying her mother's Peruvian specialties.

Life Insurance Coordinator
Briana handles all insurance underwriting and makes sure that all application requirements are met. She also works closely with our financial advisors assisting them with strategy design and implementation. In addition, she supports the office team, especially Nisha Varma, with the changing daily administrative requests. Briana is an accomplished writer, having several of her poems and short stories published. |
Client Relations Coordinator
Mindi assists in the new client service department and new business strategy development for our Bay Area clients. Mindi helps with processing client transactions and new business development. In addition, she works with several local organizations within the Bay Area. Mindi loves to cook, garden, shop and enjoys time with her family. |
Marketing / Events Coordinator
Kym is responsible for coordinating all seminars, workshops, client events and does the advertising for the company. In addition she maintains and updates the ATS Website and assists with reservations and confirmations for upcoming seminars. Kym likes to spend time with family, go camping, and working in her garden. |

Client Relations Coordinator
Sing works with prospective and existing clients, gathering and assembling the financial data necessary for the creation and design of the ATS financial strategies. She is responsible for client interface and the creation of comprehensive financial schedules for client-specific life goals including retirement and advanced estate planning. Sing works directly with Steve in the management and monitoring of client investment portfolios. This includes regular review meetings, implementation of ATS strategies, allocation & account changes, and ongoing client dialogue and communications. Sing enjoys a nice bike ride after a long day, a cup of English breakfast tea with a best-seller book, and is quite fond of the outdoors. Sing enjoys telling jokes and making people laugh, so the next time you see her make sure to request a joke. |
