In the Harvard Medical School published Tai Chi book it is noted that the regular practice of Tai Chi can give our aging population a healthy body, strong heart and sharp mind in just 12 weeks. Who does not want that? The specific benefits of Tai Chi are numerous for both the body and mind. Some of them are: strength and balance improvement, pain relief, blood pressure reduction, stress reduction, and improved cognition.
For thousands of years, the ancient Chinese have found the practiced Tai Chi as the most powerful way to improve physical and mental health. World renowned Master Jesse Tsao, PhD, (need to add link with his bio from his website, taichihealthways.com) with over 50 years of experience in Tai Chi, will conduct a brief introductory seminar on this ancient practice followed by an introductory practice session. Comfortable loose clothing and shoes are encouraged to aid your practice. Tai Chi and this practice session is suitable for all ages.
After the practice session, a delicious lunch will be served with a short introductory talk about ATS Advanced Trustee Strategies.

Jesse Tsao, PhD in Wushu is internationally known as a Tai Chi master, Qigong therapist, and an alternative medicine/wellness consultant. Jesse is the founder of Tai Chi Healthways. Specialized in the areas of self-healing, preventive therapies, stress management and mind-body wellness, Jesse has been practicing Tai Chi for over 40 years. Ten of those years, Jesse trained with world-renowned Grandmaster Li Deyin in Beijing, China.
